After the recent win in Silencer Shop / Jensen suit two things were established. No tax, no authority , no jurisdiction or enforcement.  Conversely if the tax is ever put back in then Tax, Authority, Jurisdiction and Enforcement.  Our suit seeks to remove the licensing scheme for suppressors under true Commerce Clause jurisdiction.  If an origin understanding of the Commerce Clause is achieved States can enact laws like Texas HB957 and begin to operate outside of federal regulations like our founders envisioned.
